Transfer Syd

Transfer is Sweden's largest organization for the delivery of lectures to the school from industry. The aim is to create insight into working life and to inspire studies, own initiatives and entrepreneurship.

Transfer is a neutral platform between school and business - ideally, non-profit, politically unbound and funded jointly by partners, both business and public.

Transfers knowledge network:

• Lecturers ideally contribute with their time and share knowledge and experiences to the students.
• Teachers order lectures for free and integrate them in the classroom.
• Partners from business, government, foundations and municipalities contribute resources and lecturers.
• Transfer matches the school's orders with lecturers as well as driver and develops the network.

Transfers lecturers come from different industries and represent many professions; business leaders, economists, engineers, marketers, entrepreneurs, staff managers etc.

Transfer started in 2000 and is a fast growing network operating in the regions of Mälardalen, Stockholm-Uppsala, Western Sweden and Öresund. Our vision is to be an established activity that is available throughout the country and which naturally forms a platform for collaboration between school and business.
